Insurance is accepted. We still talk numbers first.
We work with all private insurance companies. Please contact Summit for a good-faith price estimate for insurance plans and private pay, that is the No Surprises Act language on the current site, and it still holds.

Self-pay is welcome. Foundation funding is also something we will talk through. Daytime visits are often easier than competing only for after-school hours.

Fees, cancellations, and a consult first
We do not offer online self-scheduling. Start with a free telephone consultation. We will go over fees, our cancellation policy, and a good-faith estimate on that call and send the policy in writing before your first billed visit. Visits are available throughout the day and throughout the week.
